SV: {UAH} Settle about 5000 East Asian in Adjumani, Kitgum Pader etc
Bwanika and UAH folks,
I am at a lost in your usurpations of powers of settlings foreigners in our dear country. I do not know under what powers should those foreigners be settled in our dear country? Shall they be settled like when the whites were settled in Australia to the demised of the Aborigine folks?
Again, shall those settlers be immune like those whites who settled in Kenya, Zimbabwe and, or in South Africa whereby us the black people become less human beings? I am really at a lost with these powers of yours brothers!
I had met and Indian Caste student here in Uppsala University who talked quite at pain with the politics in his country India, where because of his dark-skin like mine his parents are even not accepted to have good arable land. Here in Uganda, Mw Bwanika you are asking settlements of Asians or Indians in large numbers, how would it be of help to our folks?

I really see no problem with foreigners settling in Uganda at all. My children have refused to come back to Uganda. they were born studied and are working in Europe. This applies to thounds of Ugandans living in Japan, North America and Europe. On Wed, Jul 29, 2015 at 3:33 AM, Dan Bwanika <bulemezi@gmail.com> wrote:
George, L'KitgumUganda need a strategy and I think George can support me on this one. He is an Asian resident.Ugandans are very friendly people and we should help Vietnamese, Koreans, Philippines and some few Chinese and Indians to settle in Key Towns of Adjumani, Nimule, Yumbe , Kotido, Namutumba, Bugiri ,Iganga Etc.a population of 5000 East Asian with communities of 250 people is a good start.
This mix of Ugandans and Asians is not new, very good and healthy for cultural, spiritual, environmental and business growthBwanika--_____________________________Bwanika Nakyesawa Luwero
