RIP Lady Ssenkatuka.
She was one of the 4 Oxbridge Alumni in Amin's Cabinet.
The others were Princess Elisabeth Bagaya- Foreign Affairs, Peter Nkambo Mugerwa- Attorney General, Abu Mayanja - Education - all from Cambridge University and Mary Ssenkatuka Oxford.
