Secretary Henry Ford Mirima,
Your close buddy and fellow pen-pusher Tamale Miringi has been
promoted to the rank of Senior Presidential Advisor, following quickly
on the heels of the recent elevation of your paramour Sarah Kagingo to
a similar but lesser position. Do you think it was wise or even fair
for Mr Museveni Kayibanda to appoint your fellow pen-pushers to such
exalted positions, leaving your good self by the road side?. With all
respect to Mr Miringi or Mrs Kagingo, most reasonable people would
think the quality of your advice would be far more superior since you
are not also a senior advisor to his Majesty the Omukama, but you also
possess the breadth of wisdom your colleagues seem incurably short in
supply of. Rather than championing Haji Katerregga's doomed election
campaign to become an NRA MP poodle, why can't Abbey Semuwamba collect
a petition to have your good self appointed to the position as it is
likely you will tell the Rwandan tyrant the truth.
