{UAH} why is there no Airport Buses

It is a real problem and all state institutions are having a rough time.Implementing the law in Uganda is a probem. At timeseven he police is overwhelme. They traffic offenders but instantilly get a call from above! Such is the lawlessness.

Some people in this country, think they are above the law. while simple city dwellers are in most cases compliant, the rich and those in state agencies particurally government are beyond everything.

Uganda power distribution has been warning people not to build in high power voltage wayleaves  corridors - some ministers I beleive they built in these corridors were making other pronouncements against the law!

NEMA  has been cleaning the country of buvera, a visible problem everywhere, then UMA came up with a radio advert demonising people carrying out a state mandate calling them all sorts of names - it was as if radio interamwe was calling on people to start a war on other people!

Unbelievable!

The problem you are talkinng about is related to building control
There must be total buildingcontrol - once you just start building as
Uganda African are doing around that area then you will have a problem
Uganda innovated their type of arcades befitting their earnings in total voilation of building laws that demand that a person has to have a specific space of operation in the building.

Moreover the building architecture is so poor and voilets public health
and work environment laws thus the congestion.

Some of the buildings will have to be demolished and all bulky trade
and bus stations outlawed  here. then you reduce the about 2000000 million people visiting that place on a daily basis. The congestion is basicaly about this very location in the city.

I am doing a concerted effort to study Kampala Traffic jams - indeed there is a multilayed solution and will totally reduce Traffic jams.

Government must however throw in some money to implement the program.

The major strategy is to develop Jinja, replan Buloba ,Mpigi and Entebbe and Bombo/Luwero axis.

many road intersections do not have traffic lights - that is a problem

Then observation of highway, road and traffic laws in relation to change city building architecture

we need a public transport system and a combination of all mode of transport system.

there is need of  moving all bulky trade out of the city to Kyambogo and industrail centre.

there is also need to reorganise the city road system.

Best

Why is there no public transport system between
Kampala and the airport?
Are we still waiting for the private sector to solve
this immediate issue?
How do you reduce traffic on Entebbe road is it
by increasing private traffic - Uganda is annoying
