{UAH} 70% URA tax collection - from Kampala?

Amazing - URA bulk of tax collection comes from Kampala.

Now if Kampala was planned in addition to the 11 municipalities

what would be the total tax collection

Very simple things to do instead f wasting time modernisation of

agriculture, papsca etc
