{UAH} WHAT IS WRONG WITH MONITOR REPORTERS????

I don't leave in Jijnja to know which party the MP belongs to Jinja Est Muni and then what?? Is he UPC, DP or what??? 

Why can't they state the party the damn MP belongs to?
