Comment from Lado Government in Exile   President Obama's speech in Au meeting was just a simple nonsense . It is the same speech any President of America would make using to recolonise the African Peoples only using the African Union - ( AU ) WHICH WAS RECONSTRUCTED IMITATING EUROPEAN UNION only to recolonise the Continent of Africa and its Peoples , this time again using the created Obama in his half colour skin of being and standardised of , as of Black origins .  May be Obama is a Clone Man only being created to do the American - USA work to dominate the Black African Peoples in the hope of conquering the Continent of Africa for the second time as from the Berlin Conference of 1884 - 1885 whereby the Europeans failed , even though United States was also a part and a parcel of the Conference . The damn true story of building Africa and its or her People was so different from 1945 ,especially ------- than otherwise Obama's Plans - USA escogitated Plans in picture now in 2015 : African Unity as a purpose was established in from 1945 as a Charter to be upheld in years to be used to build Africa and its Peoples and this Charter was drawn up by the Organisation of African Unit - OAU - which in deep understanding was based on / in the consciousness as a movement of a group of People of different racial or Tribe origins or of political perceptions towards Unity . So the African Union - ( AU ) is not a Legal personality to represent Africa but came out of as an administrative structure being encouraged by the Europeans and the White American Peoples under the Chairmanship of Colonel Ghadafi of Lybia who was by then President of Lybia in Africa and at the same the Chairman of the Organisation African Unity - OAU by then . and this time really with the intentions to recolonise and for the recolonisation to be practised now and by the Americans - USA as a Super Military Power .
