{UAH} Museveni in India as Aronda dies//1983 de javu?

When Army Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Oyite Ojok died in the helicopter crash in 1983, President Obote was on a state visit to India. 

Two days ago when Internal Affairs minister and immediate former Army Commander, Gen. Aronda Nyakayirima died while on transit through Dubai, President Museveni was on a state visit to India!

Just as Oyite Ojok was considered the backbone of Obote's power, Nyakayirima is widely considered the true power behind Museveni's power. 

So, I have this message to Ugandan presidents visiting India: Take your backbone of power, or that indispensable general with you.
