{UAH} The world's worst place to be Disabled- Ghana

Comrade Alan Barigye,

I am watching a movie on how they still traet disabled people,
especially those with mental illness. It is shocking, and brings tears
to my eyes. They are treated worse than animals, most chained up for
24 hours and subjected to useless tribalistic rituals. often families
take them to these so-called clinics, claiming they are under
influence of spirits when there is clearly nothing wrong with them.
And the government allows them to operate. We are really still very
primitive and backward in Africa. I never knew the level to which some
countries are still so primitive. It is beyond belief. It is almost as
if Ghana is still lingering in the stone age..
