Dr Senkayi, Hillary Clinton's plan was to calm the fears of the democratic insiders/Establishment that there was no need to bring in vice President Biden. But Sander's goal was to introduce himself and his ideas to more Democrats. According to the the known focus groups conducted by CNN, Fusion and Fox, Sanders overwhelmingly beat Hillary. Hillary won on style but Sanders won on substance.
