BREAKING: Industry State Minister Dr James Mutende was this Saturday morning found dead in bed at his home in Makindye, a Kampala suburb. The cause of death is still unknown. Both the family and a government official say his body is being taken to Nsambya Hospital for postmortem and embalming. www.monitor.co.ug
