{UAH} President Museveni counsels voters: Kick out unproductive leaders...

While the advice is very good, doesn't his early campaigning contravene the electoral laws that bar candidates from unofficial early campaigns? What is the police doing about such aspiring presidential candidate? 

President Museveni campaigns freely while Opposition candidates are shamelessly molested or arrested when they try to do the same. Call it a level-playing field. 

Sometimes I think EC and Police are members of FROMUSA

Kampala- President Museveni has called upon Ugandans to vote out ineffective Opposition leaders especially those in Kampala and the surrounding areas.
