If you are planning to come to the city we have a very bad weather, too much rain and windy, and we have a multitude of accidents. By 8 45am there have been at least nine pedestrians struck throughout the city as a strong Autumn storm begins around the GTA. Toronto Police are asking drivers to be alert and drive defensively. Pedestrians are advised to wear only one earbud, don't pull hoods directly over their face, and wear reflective clothing.  The injuries of those struck range from minor to serious.

Let us be some careful this morning, it is not a good morning
