IN NORTHERN UGANDA (ACOLI,LANGO, TESO) IT APPEARS OBVIOUS THAT AKENA IS NOT ACTING ALONE.

DIFFERENTLY PUT, IT IS MORE A QUESTION OF WHO IS FOLLOWING WHO:  AKENA FOLLOWING THE VOTERS OR THE VOTERS FOLLOWING AKENA?

Before this dull guy knows it, Uganda House will be renamed Rwakitwara House.  He certainly did not inherit his father's but mothers brain i fear. His father aligned with KY from a stronger position but Akena is going from a weaker position, literally, on his knees. Soon they will demand that he renames Uganda House to something funny like Rwakitwara House and he will simply nod. 

Tolerance goes out of the window in cases such this; for stupidity this big, cannot and should not be tolerated.
