{UAH} FDC SHOULD REVIEW THE 'ANY-WAR' SITUATION!
Friends,
Welcome to the Human Society: FDC has reportedly dropped 'ANY-WAR' for the little known Mr Denis Onekalit Amere as the official party flag bearer for the Kitgum Municipality MP seat.
Now, I'm kindly requesting FDC to review this decision and back instead Ms. 'ANY-WAR' for the sake of maintaining opposition unity. I know Ms.Any-war will soon fight back and it wont be pretty for the opposition as a block. The opposition need everyone on board despite their weaknesses. As the old saying goes, "It takes all kinds to make a world."
I know there are some folks in the opposition that are like what crawls out of septic tanks in your nightmares. They have such low self-esteem that they think they need to drag everyone else down to their level. But there's a reason why we have such people in any organisation, and its better to handle them with better tactics than obvious ones. We all can be a good source of support for others if we learn how to handle them well!
I come from the perspective that we must try to understand and accept the human frailties that we are all prone to.Tolerance is the key, empathy is also. Judging others from your ivory tower is not going to achieve anything. Unless FDC tells us that this woman is a Museveni spy in FDC, she should be supported again for that seat.
Example: If FDC executive, A, has a concern about a fellow FDC executive,B, that could be potentially embarrassing, its better for A to go to him in private, if that fails, A should take another FDC executive,C, to mediate, only after that fails would A seek taking the person to trial or public courts.
There is no mention that this formula is perfect, but it's a good, fair, idea, if you can. Byebyo banange!
