{UAH} I work on orders from Museveni - Kayihura. Police to get saba saba

Folks;

Police Chief Kayihura has just scared the living day light out of Ugandans. 

Besides the heavy-handedness with which his militarized police force has been accused of treating Ugandans Kayihura now says that Museveni has ordered him to arm the police with saba saba weapons!

Saba Saba is a medium-range artillery that is used in a  war theater. Now we may understand what's in stock for Ugandans, as we head to elections.
