l had a private conversation with One of Kibuli sheikhs. He accused
Old Kampala of sabotaging the implementation of Kabwegyere report. He
however said, that Sheikh Kasule Ndirangwa is for provisional and
temporary, but if reconciliation is realised, the one and SUPREME
MUFTI IS THE ONLY ONE EVERY MUSLIM IS YEARNING FOR.
But we should also never forget the divide and rule tactic which as
old as human civilization.
