Okay, Mao is locked out because he did not know that one had to be a registered voter in order to be nominated as MP candidate, kind of like the way Dr Aggrey Kiyingi wanted to be nominated!
Then, Kahinda Otafiire tries unsuccessfully to block Kahonda from getting nominated.
Best of all, FDC nominates two candidates for the same seat (Gulu Municipality MP Achire is nominated as FDC candidate for Aswa Country, so is sitting MP Reagan Okumu nominated for the same seat)...is it even legal? Word coming in is that NRM already unopposed in a number of seats. That is our opposition for you!
