Folks:
Uganda boasts a vibrant artistic community. But what role if any are they playing in the country's politics? Put bluntly, are Ugandan musicians for YKM/JPAM aka no change tickets or for real change? And if they are for change how are they articulating their message to mobilize their supporters to vote etc.?
