What is true is that which ever constellation wins, IT IS A GUARANTEE FOR ELITE CONTINUATION. You can not help itbecause you are not voting for change. The elite you are voting for has just as much interest as the other to ensure lootsafety. So, just vote on policy conviction and forget about reclaiming loots.
