{UAH} The Auditor general has found out that the construction cost for Entebbe Express highway was grossly inflated.

The Auditor general has found out that the construction cost for Entebbe Express highway was grossly inflated.
The cost of the 53km road which would have been at $2.5m per kilometer was dubiously inflated to $9.4m per kilometer,this literally means UNRA bosses(former) made enjawulo of $6.4m per kilometer totaling to $365m in enjawulo. This means had Uganda been under good corruption free leadership, with that same amount of money, govt would have constructed 3 similar roads.
Think about such a loss, we have not lagged behind because we are poor but because we have corrupt leaders.
How long shall we tolerate this? The figures above are facts not myths.
Fellow Ugandans we need change if we want to see a new Uganda.
