{UAH} Ocen/Pojim/WBK; Addendum: Tobiko orders EACC, DCI to review Eurobond files and resubmit within 14 days

Files on Eurobond allegations need further review, DPP Keriako Tobiko has said.

"On January 8, 2016, I received from EACC the investigation file on the Eurobond allegations. My team noted areas that require clarification and or additional information before a definitive decision can be made," Tobiko said.

In a statement on Friday, the Director of Public Prosecutions said a team comprising officials from EACC and the DCI will review then resubmit the files.

"After holding a meeting with the two teams, we agreed they will address these areas and provide the requested clarification and additional information and resubmit the file within 14 working days," Tobiko added.
