Besigye has been arrested again after being released last night.

He was attempting to leave his home and soon got picked up and whisked away towards Mutunga according to the FDC Twitter handle.

He was arrested over the same yesterday and detained at Naggalama Police Station in Mukono.

The police spokes person Fred Enanga said Besigye was being funded by Western countries to destabilize Uganda.

However, he did not provide any evidence to prove his allegations.

The president also said Besigye was planning to burn down Kampala.

In addition, yesterday the FDC data entry clerks were arrested drawing criticism from Civil Society.

Justice Julia Sebutinde called on the government to give Besigye a chance to contest the elections in court.
