{UAH} Edward Mulindwa and the NRM 10 point program

Edward Mulindwa was amoung the fellow who drafted or so he claimed to have written the 10 point program for NRA/M when worked as a bagboy/driver/aide de camp for an NRM ideologue Bakulu Mpagi in Toronto Canada.

Did he know that NRA/M were Rwandese? If so why is he distancing himself now?
