{UAH} Gen Biraro's election statement

I lost. I conceded. But in what system? It was an embarrassment. Somewhere, the presidential elections were free but not fair. Museveni won a primitive democratic election where people carry ballots in sleeves

On Besigye: I advise Dr Besigye against trying to become Uganda's Mandela. It might not work.

On 2021: I will offer myself again for presidency in 2021 and if I fail, I will not attempt any more
