That is why, after listening to the debate, I am requiring a review (national) of the whole congo case.My view is that congo should pay uganda for the 200+ soldiers UPDF officers and men who lost their lives defending the government of congo.Let us set the record straight. Justice Porter report should be published and let it be compared to United nations panel of experts report and compare the two findings with the conviction of uganda as a plunder. It looks ugandas lawyers became its prosecutors.................Am the happiest person that this congo has come up as an election issue. It damaged me personally. What I didn't know is that my boss at that time Jpm didn't defend me sufficiently when he knew all operating systems in congo. It is painful.Am glad to see that actually there's a review by justice sebutinde. This means alot of misrepresentation is going to be dealt with.''---SALIM SALEH
