{UAH} The Hague -ICC, is it a calling for African Leaders?

I have observed a disturbing pattern.  However much our African leaders try to resist the temptation to do wrong especially with regard to elections and human rights abuses, they end up doing exactly what is likely to take them to the place they hate most, why is that so if it is not a calling?

 Which brings me to wonder, is going to the Hague a calling for our African leaders that they must answer? Initially only priests responded to the Lord's call for them to join priesthood, but it seems The Hague is a new dimension that must be responded to by high profile Africans.
