{UAH} Mr Bwanika: EC is a perfect example of bakward and incompetent institutions

Mr Bwanika:

You have seen what Ugandan institutions routinely fail to do which is deliver. If you look at Engineer Badru  Kiggundu's picture in the Monitor, he seems really drank. Yep. You see a bumbling idiot full of shit, presiding over an important institution and exercise in every incompetent manner. Why would voting be delayed in Kampala, Mukono and Wakiso  apart from trying to disenfranchise voters aka rigging?.  Then he tells the media that this is his last term.  May he go and drink himself to hell. 

Ugandans delude themselves that they live in a modern state that is until elections. Elections reveal the opposite: Uganda is actually a very backward state. That is the painful reality.  In modern states, police officers do not meet with the head of the EC on the eve of elections to collude and issue orders. In modern states, voting materials arrive on time and voting generally takes off without a hitch until of course there are intentions to disenfranchise voters ala Florida in 2000. In functioning modern states in case some UAH folks claim that Ugandan is modern, voter registration means something.  With all the incompetency from drank officials , it was a very dumb idea in the first place to schedule voting hours from 7am  to 4 pm fully aware they could never deliver materials on time. 

In modern states communications are not switched off during voting. So how many more Ugandans may have died because ambulances, oh, right could not be summoned or reach them?. So people accept the uncomfortable truth that our motherland Uganda, the former Pearl of Africa is today still a very backward country and seems to have deteriorated even further institution wise under the 30 year reign of Ssabalwanyi  YKM.   The institutional decay in Uganda is every where yet somehow Ugandans continued to believe again shit in their fate rotten hospitals, partisan police  to all kinds of shit that the EC was the exception to the Ugandan norm.  Wapi. Mwelimba.

You an only lie so far so  today incompetency caught up with the EC and exposed the backwardness in Uganda.
