Museveni to Raila- Tell Luos in Social Media to stop campaigning For Besigye

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has asked his Kenyan counterpart Uhuru Kenyatta to control his people campaigning for his key rival Dr. Kizza Besigye on social media or they cut ties.

Speaking while campaigning in Nakasongola, Museveni expressed concern on how Kenyans especially Luos in social media are seriously campaigning for Dr. Besigye, thus influencing Ugandans.

"I would like to ask Raila Odinga to control his supporters more so those Luos that are campaigning for my opponent especially in Facebook. Those people are influencing Ugandan so much and I'll not take it anymore. I don't know what they are gaining for trying to bring me down by poisoning the minds of Ugandans but their campaigns seems to succeed among elites" Said President Museveni.

"I also appeal to President Kenyatta to control his people on social media because they are misusing licensed gadgets trying to defame and unfairly assassinate people's character"Added the President.
