{UAH} System of proportionality

NRM and former NRM members are all responsible for not promoting democratic principals and transition in Uganda. But rather promote politics of animosity.

Musaazi without anything started a party and sustained it until Obote took it away and destroyed it, Mugwanya started DP and it still stands probably will be destroyed with DPs political obfuscation.

Who does not miss Mao Nobert as an opposition leader on the floor of Uganda parliament and time is running out how will ever have him there?!

If anyone broke off from NRM for its failure as it is claimed to fulfill whatever they agreed on in the Luwero Bushes  or the so called 10 point program - then it is a duty of those with a clearest ideology to form a party with grassroots structure and spread the philosophy.

Uganda has more than 20 political parties less than 4 are composed of former NRM members and largely all of them are dysfunctional!

What does this mean for democracy? That it is only Museveni who can start a political party, work to sustain it and also move it forward?

We need a system of propoartionality where parties are supported by the state based on % support out of the entire adult population of Uganda. The baseline should be 5% below that a politicalparty should not be given state funds.

te alternative is fulll scale fedral system so that we sav the african from political nosense.

IT IS REALLY SUPRISING.
