{UAH} Africa’s construction industry: ON THE RISE -Bwana Bwanika ,what is your take on this?

And we still do not grasp it despite the telling figures and evidence on ground of many young people not wanting to live in grass huts.

This makes me doubt our (uganda) ability to understand simple facts! But just around the corner Rwanda is hastening housing provisions for her citizens - they move entire villages to modern housing !
