{UAH} IGP Kayihura – are you following the Brussels /Paris terror attacks

 

Are there any young people of Arab origins but European or Asian decent between 22-35 years who have entered Uganda of recent?

 

I am reading about the Paris and Brussels terror attacks and there emerges certain structure which may be Akanga or Nokrach (family men) or generally people living in Europe and North America must be familiar with.

Sometime in 1980's and 90's young European youth terrorised their societies through robbery of jewellery shops and banks, premeditated murder, attacking law enforcement forces and car jacking.

 

All these have these characters have similar background characteristics;–

a.       Lowly educated or failed school

b.      Aged between 20 -35 years (grave criminality) but start early at 15,16 years

c.       Grew up in multiethnic backyards of European cities more less ghettos

d.      Have criminal background like: stealing, murder, street fighting and drug use or selling

e.       Have multiple ethnic background i.e. European, Arabs or Eastern European.

f.        Come from strict religious family background

g.       Use alcohol

h.      Largely unemployed

i.   Where they have employment does not last long becuase of poor self managment

j.  Pompous and like high fancy life style.  

These are the people terrorising Europe with bombs and murdering people on streets. Such youth have completely no feelings, remorse and killing is just a by the way matter.

Where they are purely of European ethnicity, they normally come from: single , drugged or alcohol families or grew up in what in Sweden is referred as paragraph 14 homes (under social protection without biological parents).  

Usually such youth become punks, nationalist and racists but can turn out to be remorseless murderers.

 

We have a new group differnt from the above group which is purely Africans of Nigerian, Somali decent – that mix make it all too complicated.  What are the social background of these Africans besides claim of professing Islam?

I would be very much interested to understand the social backgrounds of the Dec 19, 2012 - Four Bulgarian nationals accused of forging ATM cards belonging to Stanbic caught in Uganda some time back.

 

With this mail I hope, the IGP and KCCA would start recording of all Kampala City dwellers in all the five divisions as a matter of agency!

They should also be registred with URA to explain where they earn a living and start paying income taxes.
