{UAH} Kawempe South Member of Parliament Mubarak Munyagwa the political comedian

Since being elected, as the Kawempe South Member of Parliament, with some Ugandans have been asking what Mubarak Munyagwa brings to the house. 
Famous in the Political arena as a comical politician, Munyagwa says he won't change his approach to Political solutions. 
With his constituency grappling with bad roads and floods coupled with high poverty levels, many would expect Munyagwa to first focus on the pressing issues in his constituency. 
But Munyagwa who subscribes to the Opposition Forum for Democratic Change, feels his people can only be liberated, by first having Retired Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye declared as winner of the 18th February presidential polls.
Asked why he is planning to use parliament for his activism, without exploring constitutional options, Munyagwa dismissed court saying that justice cannot be attained from the Supreme Court in its current form.
Famous for his comic moves which he calls a unique form of activism that Ugandans are perhaps not used to; Munyagwa insists that he is a serious politician who prefers to express himself through activism, wondering what Ugandans call Comedy.
Munyagwa who describes himself as a man of three personalities says that not much will change from what he was doing as mayor, and prefers to catch Ugandans by surprise.
