It is time therefore to let the East willingly join Kenya, Kigezi go to Rwanda, West Nile and Acholi goes back to Congo or Sudan.
Bunyoro Kitala, Busoga, Ankole and Buganda can form a new Nation State based on true federation on small scale and gradually build up a new nation state.
Uganda is NOT a viable Nation State.
Sixty years of political party activity has proved that fact.
Nationalism will lead to dictatorship therefore any political ideology that tries to form Uganda into a Nation State will fail whatever the circumstance.
The country is so much endowed that under a typical African culture every political leader will utilities the endowment to subjectively reach his/her own goals which have no bearing at all with the aspiration of the people.
