EC Spokesman says Declaration Forms have developed 4 legs each and run to ITURI FORESTS in Zaire.

He also says where there was a bio-metric system they found an anti hill had grown inside the data center and the computer no where to be seen.

On top of the antihill was a dead cobra instead and a headless chicken running around. No data anywhere as backups were found in plumes of smoke.Vendor also ran away back to Macedonia through Nairobi on Kalita bus last week and his address changed with no trace. Mbu Ugandans should learn to move on also.

EC officials were shocked to find the forms on the run and some flying without wings after the Supreme Court ordered the EC, which has been hesitant, to surrender the DR forms by Saturday. 

EU Election Observers, short of words on how to describe the election fiasco Uganda had, for weeks demanded the immediate publication of DR forms online to an adamant EC with the EC Spokesperson saying it is too much work. 

Now after the Supreme Court ordered the surrender of DR forms, the EC has intimated that the DR forms ran away to Zaire.
