{UAH} Mbabazi mentions UBC in his petition

The court docs quote him alleging that the 2nd Respondent (Electoral Commission) failed to restrain the national broadcaster (UBC) from favouring the 1st Respondent (Y K Museveni) with a lion's share of space on its platforms.
This is a ground i would turn on the Petitioner's head if it was my job but let it be. We shall see how Court perceives the issue.
