I am hearing reports of "uncoordinated troop movements" in the East African nation of Uganda. Is there any punch or veracity to these reports?

"Moses Atocon AtyekwoSituation developing.
From sources close to the military high command , indicates that there is a military fallout and eventual takeover is in the offing. It's been confirmed General Museveni has taken refuge in the neighbouring country , in fear of a full scale breakout of war in between different factions of the military"
