SV: {UAH} Journalists seeking to cover parliament are ‘dying’ for transport from MPs- Obore

Mw Katerega,
You say:"......Journalists covering presidency cabinet parliament, high curt, court
of appeal, supreme court, should have a minimum of a university
degree.............."

But, you don't say why. Would you expand your argument?

Journalists covering presidency cabinet parliament, high curt, court
of appeal, supreme court, should have a minimum of a university
degree. But his should not be imposed by Parliament. There should have
been a transitional period. Journalists SHOULD INVEST IN FURTHER
EDUCATION AND UPGRADING, MEDIA HOUSES SHOULD INVEST IN TRAINING, STATE
ORGANS LIKE EXECUTIVE, PARLIAMENT AND JUDICIARY SHOULD HELP IN
THIS.UPPA should hold regular elections.
