Dr. Stella Nyanzi now questions the moral compass of New Vision for filming her family burial grounds!
Her suit lacks merit, however, because the precedent is that dead people cannot be defamed (or libeled), since they can't suffer any injuries arising from false reports!
The trespass claim is also iffy, unless she had a restraining order against the press, or had No Trespass signs posted at the cemetery. But it should be interesting to follow her next phase: courtroom drama.
