{UAH} PALESTINE: WHO IS ANGRY ABOUT PEACE?

When France announced a peace summit after which they would recognize the Palestinian state, some terrorists attacked their capital Paris.
When the Belgium government was about to officially recognize Palestine as well, the same terrorists attacked the Belgian capital Brussels.
France has now set a new date (31st May 2016) for the peace summit that will be followed by their recognition of Palestine. I wonder who it really is that isn't happy!?!?!
