{UAH} President Museveni: is NBI working
I heard that Uganda was laying an optic fiber network or a NATIONAL BACKBONE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT (#NBI) http://www.nita.go.ug implemented by Huawei technologies. I have seen mark stones where it passes in Luwero I believe towards Nimule onward to Juba the 2,118 kilometer fiber at $50,047.2 per kilometer.
Google , Infocom and warid now Airtel have simiral cable in Kampala
Is this infrastructure working and why are local governments like Luwero/Nakasongola Town Council, Gulu Municipality, Public Schools, the Police stations and Health Care facilities in this area are not connected to this infrastructure?
Unlike Kampala Capital City Authority – you can't reach the second largest city in Jinja!
Try to find out if your office can reach all the 14 Uganda municipalities and later alone half of Local Governments. Try for example to reach a similar local government anywhere in Europe and compare the response time and efficiency?!
Even Entebbe that had a website to allow information follow appears to be long dead. What exactly happened?!
