You said you are related o the late Erinayo Oryema (RIP)  family by marriage. I noticed something strange in the judge's orders. The judge excluded the daughter who had sold the land from any futureconsideration.  Tell the family to be magnanimous and give the daughter her share of the land. I do not think the judge has power to disinherit the daughter. the family should let bygones be bygones and give each child their fare share.  That means children of the late Mr Oryema and not grandchildren as reported.  The grandchildren should share their parents share of the land or take up the share of their late parents since some of the children are dead.

Otherwise the daughter may appeal the ruling if she is left out and more court fights will ensue
