{UAH} The Ouattara-Gbagbo thingi. Can it apply successfully to Uganda?

Our opposition leaders seem to have forgotten that just a few years ago the loser in Côte d'Ivoire did the same as in Uganda

So why cant we?

The Army. Winning opposition doesnt a visible UPDF backing for fears of the unknown should they back the "majority" and fail in realizing regime change.

Indeed doing the Ouattara/Gbagbo thingi is now the people's pn;y option for regime change. FDC alone cant.
