{UAH} President Museveni - Ggaba Wate Plant and Wetland who cares?

Ggaba wetland is gone under our eyes! And Kampala water comes from there!
Paradoxically people are demarcating land plots,building in the wetland releasing affluent into the plant
It's raining so hard and guess where flooded latrines empty their content,it's terrible to say the least

Save the water right from Luzira.
