US, EU and Canada diplomats walked out of Uganda president's inauguration
following "insulting" remarks about the international war crimes tribunal, the ICC.

"We walked out on a head of state mocking efforts to ensure accountability for victims of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity."
In his address, the court was referred to as "a bunch of useless people".
