BUT seriously, if the ICC is actually a bunch of useless and stupid people, what about the so called SUPREME COURT of Uganda headed by Bart Katurebe?
It appears ONLY MU7 can obtain Justice in the Supreme Court of Uganda whose bench he appoints. Would it be different if he was the one appointing Justices at the ICC?
IF the ICC are a bunch of hopeless muppets, what about the Court occupied by Justice Kavuma where rulings are done on Sunday or under the cover of darkness?
It appears MU7 has no faith in anything he has no direct control over including Presidential debate moderators whose neutrality he is suspicious of.''
