Muko BARIGYE,
The Besigyes were just Cassava and Chicken thieves! This is why, I think there is nothing much they can do. The best thing, is for them to reconcile and give a break for peace in Uganda!
The two Bakikas both BESIGYE and MBABAZI should try their bests to calm down the political atmospheres in Uganda. We do not want political chaos in Uganda without pure actions!

My advice to gov't is to try Besigye in Luzira in his own cell , convict him and sentence him to life or whatever time they deem it fit to transfer power to the 3rd axis of Gen Muhoozi.
