{UAH} How come they havent arrested/poisoned Gashumba yet?

'Kenya has a population of 44 million and they have 16 cabinet Ministers. Uganda has a population of 37 million and we have 81 Ministers. Again General Museveni wants the NRM cucaus to allow him appoint more Ministers.

I call them useless Ministries. Kampala now has a full Minister and her Deputy, An Executive Director and her Deputy and over 5 RDCs. If these Ministrial appointments were adding value to Uganda, Uganda would be like South Korea today.

We pay taxes everyday and unfortunately it's a few families that are enjoying our sweat, President Barrack Obama calls them the "FAT CATS" who benefit from our taxes. To me, Gen.M7 doesn't need Ministers because no Minister in his cabinet can take a decision without consulting him. He has over 141 Presidential advices also chewing tax payers money. When did they last advice him? They only see him on TV.
