{UAH} Magufulification of Uganda Public Service

NRM has slapped a raft of new Magufuligulation on the public service - opening up an open war!

If the under paid and those who the NRM has been dancing ping pong for 30 years and used to freebies, are now the victims these new regulations after a nasty election - is adding salt to injury to an  already wounded white collar group.

Watch this space in the next coming three months - for causalities
