Middle Income Just 5 km from Kampala


Middle income by 2020 is practically impossible by any reasonable measures. I mean it can't happen even if middle income threshold was lowered to a mere $1000 per household.
In fact there is a possibility of the next pope coming from the Middle East than Uganda attaining a middle income status in 2020 or even 2050.
